Ordering is simple. Browse our online shop and add items to your basket. When ready, proceed to checkout and provide the information required to complete your order.
We accept most debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Clearpay and Klarna. Orders placed by phone may also be paid using a secure payment link.
If ordering from outside the UK, your card provider will convert the amount into your local currency. Orders cancelled online or by telephone may be subject to a cancellation fee.
When you complete checkout, you will receive an acknowledgement of your order. This does not confirm acceptance. A contract is formed only once payment has been processed. In the rare case of a pricing error or unavailable product, we will contact you before proceeding.
Orders received before our daily cut-off will be delivered the same day if requested. Orders placed for a specific delivery date will be delivered on that date, providing they are received before the cut-off time. Orders placed for delivery on public holidays will be delivered the next working day.
Online deliveries are available within the UK only. For overseas deliveries please contact us by telephone.
Timed deliveries are not available except for funeral tributes and weddings. Emergency or urgent orders should be made by telephone.
If specific flowers are required, please contact us at least 24 hours before the delivery date.
Orders are delivered once. If the recipient is not at home, flowers may be returned to the shop and a card left, or left with a neighbour where appropriate. If the recipient cannot collect, a new delivery time will be arranged at our convenience.
We are not responsible for loss, theft or damage of flowers or plants once they have been left in a designated safe place. All flowers are prepared with care to ensure quality and freshness.
Orders include VAT at 20%.Card details are encrypted using 256-bit encryption and are not stored in clear text.We guarantee your satisfaction and aim to resolve any issues promptly.

Refunds may be offered at the discretion of management. Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, any concerns should be raised within one working day of delivery. We will always aim to resolve issues by offering a replacement or refund where appropriate. Orders cancelled online or by phone may incur a cancellation fee.
