Delivery Information

At Pauline Jones Florist, we design and deliver our own stunning flower arrangements in and around New Milton 6 days a week.

You’ll see our lovely van out and about busily doing deliveries each day. We will send you a message when it has been successfully delivered.

• If no one is in, we will leave your flowers somewhere safe, and send you (the sender) a photo showing exactly where we have left them. So please remember to supply your mobile number or email so we can do this for you.
• No timed orders, unless for a wedding or funeral.  For this please provide the time of the event so an accurate delivery time can be calculated following industry standards.
• House names have to have a contact phone number for the delivery address; we will refuse delivery without it.  Please note during the winter months, when it is dark early, these will not be delivered after 3pm.
• For deliveries to hotels or holiday park please provide the booking or function name.
• For deliveries to lyminton hospital please provide the ward name or number. please also check that flowers are accepted by the ward, we will not be held responsible for a non delivery in this matter.
• Deliveries are available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.  Sundays are only an option at times like mothering Sunday.
