Delivery Information

You’ll see our lovely van out and about each day delivering flowers with care. We will send you a message once your delivery has been completed.

• If no one is home, we leave your flowers somewhere safe and send you a photo of where they have been placed. Please provide your mobile number or email so we can update you.
• No timed deliveries unless for weddings or funerals. For these, please give the event time so we can arrange delivery appropriately.
• House names must include a contact phone number for the delivery address. During winter months, these addresses will not be delivered to after 3pm.
• For hotels or holiday parks, please provide the booking or function name.
• For Lymington Hospital, include the ward name or number and check that flowers are permitted on that ward.
• Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday. Sunday deliveries are available only for special occasions such as Mothering Sunday.
